Choose your vehicle according to group size. For example, if you have a group of 17, opt for an 18-passenger party bus or limousine, not a 30-passenger bus. Please keep in mind, that our vehicles are sized by maximum passengers and that maximum cannot be exceeded.

To stay on budget and to avoid paying for additional service, make sure you finish your rental on time. We always suggest calculating time to get home after your event when you book; for example, if your event ends at 6pm and you still need to take home 30 guests, don't only book until 6pm; it would be a good idea to book until 7pm or whatever time is appropriate.

Weekends are more expensive than weekdays, and spring and summer and more expensive across the board. If you the option, planning your event on a Thursday, for example, would cost less than a Saturday.
